NEW CONSTRUCTION: POINT COVE POOL HOUSE IN BRANDON
• Architectural Design: David Turner
• Landscape Architecture: Bill Heimer
• This pool house was designed to visually define a large back yard and encapsulate the pool and its landscaping. Pivoted on a forty-five degree angle the outdoor room portion of the structure makes a bold visual statement in its use of natural materials. The cypress post and beams and open rafters blend in with a stacked stone wood burning fireplace which visually balances the one story section with the two story portion. The kitchen features Viking appliances, and cypress cabinets. Extensive home automation was planned into the project for audio video as well as lighting and pool controls including heat, deck jets, spas, and fountain controls.
