• This unique Federal style brick home makes a statement of its own in Fondren Green. It was designed to help emphasize the urban placement of the development and its Southern style. The heavy use of brick detailing in its cornice, parapet walls and arches makes this house unique. We chose the asymmetrical side entry porch with its shutter entry door and gas lantern to soften the starkness of the façade and create a warm, residential feel.
