• The French Colonial style of architecture is defined by the cantilevered front porch, asymmetrical custom door layout on the façade and the contrasting brick additions. A variety of natural materials like antique brick, cedar shake roof, and western cedar siding give this custom home its warm, Southern vernacular appeal. The interior was designed by Michael Grogan to fit the owner’s unique blend of interest in the South and New England. Many similar rich natural materials from the outside like antique brick, antique pine and cypress are also incorporated inside.
