Our work is much more than a design or construction task. It is relationship project whereby we work closely with you in all steps of the design and building process to ensure we exceed your expectations.
Our firm takes its name from the concept of sustainability—integrating the aesthetic, social and environmental elements of construction in a way that enhances the natural and constructed environment. Because of the use of time-tested construction techniques, the homes we build age gracefully, blending with and improving its natural setting.
One of the most important aspects of our company is to provide the highest level of service—and to achieve that goal, we work in a collaborative effort with your architect during both the design and building phase of the project. Alternatively, we can provide design-build services that effectively consolidate these two aspects of the project with one firm, when applicable. With detailed budget preparation and accounting, guidance on material selection, and an overall attention to detail throughout the entire process, you are always well-informed and up-to-date on the status of your project.

Specializing in the construction of traditional architectural home styles, Sustainable Construction is heavily focused on building in Traditional Neighborhood Developments that represent a return to traditional town planning principles, often referred to as new urbanism. Sustainable Construction is a member of the Builder’s Guild of The Town of Lost Rabbit in Madison County, Mississippi. As a member of the Builder’s Guild in this Traditional Neighborhood Development, our company is one of a limited group of builders selected and approved by the developer of these projects.
